Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, some travel with occasional overnights

This opportunity to work with a family-owned heavy-duty truck dealer in O’Neill, NE that has been in business for more than 60 years may be for you!  As a Store Manager, you will direct, coordinate, and evaluate the overall direction of the department and its employees.  You will be responsible for using proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, displaying, advertising, scheduling, and staff utilization.  This job as a Store Manager is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team centered and diverse environment.  If you would describe yourself as someone who has exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with computer aptitude and critical thinking skills to integrate business strategies then we would love to consider this position!


  • Maintain a balanced, collaborate with leadership to control inventory levels and balance for turnover
  • Recommend pricing parameters that generate sufficient gross profit
  • Develop sales promotions
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, supervise, and develop employees
  • Analyze complex business problems and initiate multifaceted solutions
  • Direct sales efforts, shipping and receiving, enforce safety requirements
  • Monitor, payroll, purchases, reports, sales tracking, expenses, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to meet companies insurability requirements
  • Traveling with occasional overnights, on call
  • 5 years’ experience in heavy-duty truck parts is required
  • Prior management experience is preferred
  • Solid mathematical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
