Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager - 90k - 115k+ DOE (On-Site)

An established manufacturing plant in Wayne, NE who is a leader in their industry is hiring a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The Supply Chain Manager implements Lean Manufacturing strategies to ensure quality and on time delivery of product.

You'll want to be part of this experienced leadership team that operates with high integrity!

Responsibilities:

• Operational efficiency through the management of all sourcing and supplier relations
• Expose defects or process gaps
• Provide inventory accuracy in excess of 95%
• Ensure timely procurement of all materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of leadership experience, 8-10 years supply chain experience
• Must have advanced supply chain management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in industrial environment using Lean Manufacturing concepts
