System Administrator
Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P and 2 - 3 Sundays/month 8A - 11 AM

Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in updating infrastructure to the latest technologies including vulnerability management, patching operating systems, upgrading of hardware and software.
- Take on challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and be responsible for results.
- Identify issues and bring forward actionable recommendations.
- Design, develop, and implement system policies and procedures.
- Ensure customer services run smoothly by monitoring efficiency.
- Ensure security of data, network, and backup systems.
- Assist our IT Helpdesk to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in computer field or equivalent or experience in lieu of degree.
- Must have extensive knowledge of deploying, maintaining, and upgrading multiple cluster VxRail environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of VMware products including vSphere and Horizon strongly preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune strongly preferred.
- Experience with the following is highly desirable: Cohesity backup solution, Entra ID Conditional Access and RBAC, Dynamics 365 administration, XDR solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR or Trend Micro, Microsoft Azure Sentinel, Dell RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, both in verbal and written form.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, interpersonal and technical skills.
- High level of ambition and motivation for success, be solutions oriented, results drive, and self-starter.
- Must have regular and punctual attendance.
