Technician

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (Hours may vary) *Travel is required
An established, family-owned security and audio business in Fort Dodge is looking for a Technician to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for designing and installing security and sound systems that help elevate the space while protecting the assets of the customer. You will be working as a team, as well as independently, to install systems specific to the customer’s request. Are you a self-motivated individual with electrical skills/knowledge? Responsibilities:
Install and program new security and audio and video systems for residential and commercial spaces
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with alarms and security systems
Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm, security, camera and audio systems
Provide knowledgeable customer service and support to end users
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic electrical knowledge and experience required
Ability to understand system designs and specifications
Must have strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attendance and dependability
