Temp Refund + Examiner Processes | $17/hour  

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30p

We are hiring a focused, organized, and detailed Temp Refund + Examiner Processes Rep with excellent critical thinking skills for one of the largest providers of insurance in the country located in Siouxland.  This person will be responsible for reading and understanding documents, working on investigations, inputting data, calls and emails, gathering information, and answering questions.  This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.  This is a temp position and expected to last at least 3 months. 

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Reading and understanding loan documents
• Outbound calls
• Retrieving information from different databases for review
• Executing systems tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Former customer service experience
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong computer skills – MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
