Tubing Operator  l  $20.21/hr. + $.75 shift differential

A local world class packaging supplier in the Sheldon, IA area is looking for a Tubing Operator to join their growing team! This Tubing Operator will operate the machine efficiently and safely for maximum production of defect-free multiwall products. Come work for an established company with a climate controlled environment!

Responsibilities:

• Set-up machine to run a bag with desired specifications (i.e. length, width, gusset, step pattern).
• Know and understand the controls of the machine. How to make adjustments and minor repairs. 
• Fill in as tube puller or roll shafter as needed. 
• Train crew members as needed. 

Requirements:

• Good basic math, reading, writing and verbal communication skills. Read and write basic English.
• Be able to stand and walk 90% of the time.
• Be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. 5% of the time.
• Perform occasional repetitive tasks (lifting & grasping 5-10 lbs.) While filling in for the tube puller.
