Warehouse Worker | $17+ per hour, DOE 

Monday-Friday, 6am - 2:30pm, OT may be required

Aventure Staffing is assisting a well-established company in Emmetsburg, IA with hiring a Warehouse Worker. This is a direct hire position. Warehouse worker will work with the rest of th manufacturing team by fulfilling duties within the warehouse stocking and issuing inventory.  This position is responsible for accurate inventory counts and proper inventory control. The primary focus of the position will be inventory quality and accuracy.  This position does involve daily use of a computer. 

Responsibilities:

• Picking components for assembly and welding departments 
• Perform inventory counts
• Assist with shipping and receiving as required
• Perform general cleanup of work area
• Perform light qualify control to ensure products are received correctly
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• Ability to lift 75lbs. occasionally and 25lbs. frequently
• Needs to be a team player
• Previous warehouse experience such as order picking, stocking, and shipping/receiving required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to shift priorities easily
• Demonstrate positive work habits and develop good working relationships with team mates
• Knowledge of Epicor preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• This is an hourly paid position ($17-$19) with rate depending on experience and ability
