Welder - Quarterly Bonus
$19+/Hr DOE
M-TH 10 hour shift $19/hr DOE- Shift 6 am- 430 pm
Aventure Staffing is looking for an experienced Welder with excellent job history to work for a local, family-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding operations on various metal components.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure correct welding practices and procedures.
- Inspect welded components for structural integrity, accuracy, and quality. Perform tests such as ultrasonic or X-ray inspections, as needed.
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition. Clean and repair welding machines and replace consumables like electrodes.
- Follow all safety regulations and practices, including using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to OSHA guidelines.
Requirements:
- Welding certification(s) preferred.
- Knowledge of welding methods, techniques, and safety procedures. Ability to use
- Strong focus on precision and quality control.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, often standing, bending, or kneeling for long periods.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $19+/hour depends on experience and weld test
- Paid every Friday
