MIG/TIG Welder | $20.72+/hr - Depending on Experience

Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed, Day Shift

Aventure Staffing is looking to hire MIG/TIG Welders for an established manufacturing company located in Algona, IA! The MIG/TIG Welders will be responsible for working independently and as a team to weld steel and aluminum parts and equipment. The ideal candidate should be reliable and detail-oriented. Individuals with prior MIG and TIG welding experience are encourage to apply! Willing to train the right candidate who poses the ability to effectively MIG and TIG weld but has no on the job experience! 

Responsibilities:

• Complete all job orders and tasks as assigned
• MIG and TIG steel and aluminum welding
• Follow job order blueprints
• Keep a clean work station
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
• Prior MIG/TIG welding experience is required
• Demonstrated good attendance record

• Starting Pay: $20.72+/hr - DOE
