Welder/fabricator $18/hr. + DOE

Hours for the 4 day week are 6 am to 4:30 pm

For the 5 day week, either 6a to 3p, 7a to 4p, or 8a to 5p.

A local manufacturer of livestock equipment in the Sheldon, IA area is looking for candidates interested in working as a Welder/Fabricator. The Welder/Fabricator would be working on a team to produce quality livestock products! This established company offers flexibility in hours, working either a 4 or 5 day work week, with a $1 shift premium if working the 4 day work week. 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts for accuracy
• Follow blue prints for welding
• Weld in a variety of positions, per each customized part
• Able to operate fabrication machines in manufacture process

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous weld experience required
• Able to read tape measure and blue prints
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
