Welder

6am-4:30pm M-Th

$22.50/Hr

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with welding tools, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding to fabricate metal structures or components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine project specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, and other metal fabrication tools.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and proper ventilation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years welding experience that does not include college courses.
• Willing to work mandatory OT when required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Standing, bending, and working in confined positions for extended periods.
