About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Welder to join our production team! In this hands-on role, you’ll help fabricate high-quality metal structures and components that meet precise specifications. Our ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely, and enjoys being part of a team that values quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform MIG, TIG, stick, or arc welding to fabricate metal structures and components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to ensure accuracy

  • Set up and operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools

  • Inspect finished welds for quality and structural integrity

  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and ventilation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of welding experience (college courses not required)

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work in active, hands-on environments

  • Comfortable standing, bending, and working in confined spaces

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
