Welder

$23/hr 

1st and 2nd shift 

This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $23/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, apply with us today! 

Responsibilities:

• Determine required equip and weld methods for project
• Analyze drawings, specs, work orders to plan layout
• Spot and wire weld components to meet strength and pressure requirements
• Mathematical Skills. You need relatively good math skills to be a great welder. 
• Attention to Detail. 
• Steady Hands and Good Hand-Eye Coordination. 
• Physical Strength and Endurance. 
• The Ability to Always Learn New Things. 
• Good Communication and Teamwork Abilities.

Requirements:

• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
• Learn how to examine for defects and measure to specs
• Read and complete quality control checklists
• Operate safety equip and maintain good housekeeping practices
• Work overtime and weekends as needed
